My Stamford based client is now recruiting for an Operations Assistant/Administrator to join their growing team of 18. Located in the heart of Stamford this professional company is ideal for someone with strong administration skills, who enjoys a varied and responsible role. The position is office based and the ideal person will already have office work experience.

The administration position is full time, Monday to Friday 9-5 35 hour week with 26 days holiday plus bank holidays. **Although for the right person this can be part time hours**. You will also receive Pension entitlement after three months in line with government legislation and a private healthcare package after two years. Starting salary is circa £23,000.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and research clients.
- Completing searches and analysing results
- Data entry onto company database
- Running reports and issuing to clients and colleagues
- Assisting with searches related to the business.
- Assisting on new instructions
- Provide advice, assistance and support to the Project teams.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with client queries

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Land Registry (Desired but not essential)
- Ability to read utilities design plans (Desired but not essential)
- Knowledge or experience of working in a utilities environment (Desired but not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Able to use own initiative.
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
