**Job Title**:Sales Team Leader

**Location**: Warrington (WA1) - 15-minute walk from Warrington Train Station

**Working Hours**: Hybrid - 37.5 hours a week

For over 25 years Brookson has been supporting the self-employed, contracting, and freelance market with high-quality accountancy and finance support.

We offer a wide range of accountancy and finance services tailored to the needs of our customers and we are now seeking a Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic team.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Team Leader will coach and motivate team members, generate leads, maintain client relationships, and manage their portfolio.

The Sales Team Leader is responsible for developing the personal improvement of their team members. This development is aimed at ensuring that the team provides a smooth experience for clients. Additionally, the Sales Team Leader is responsible for reporting on the team's performance and addressing any issues that may arise. Their role is critical to driving the team's success and meeting organisational objectives.

**The role accountabilities**:

- Ensures team sales targets & KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Implement strategies with the senior management team to grow the client portfolio base.
- Drives performance by developing the team in terms of call coaching and personal behaviors.
- Owns client relationships to ensure client growth.
- Clearly communicates team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
- Undertakes regular call coaching with improvement plans for the team.
- Owns the client customer experience and is continually looking to improve the service.
- Measures team performance and reports upwards outlining ongoing plans to exceed targets.
- Works with the new business and operations team to ensure a smooth transition for client referrals before and after engaging with new business.
- Ensures that CRM is fit for purpose for the team and the team is updating the systems with their client interactions.
- Work with other areas of the business to generate referrals and build relationships.

**What experience are we looking for?**

Essential Experience:

- Working in an outbound sales environment where you are required to work to targets and KPIs.
- Experience working in a business development lead environment
- Managing a sales team with a proven record of success
- Previous experience in call coaching and conversion improvements
- An ability to motivate and inspire.
- Strong Microsoft skills, including Excel.
- Experience in using a CRM system
