**Position: Junior/Trainee Recruitment Consultant** **Location: Kingston upon Thames** **Salary: £22,000 basic salary with excellent commission and reward schemes and a realistic year 1 OTE of £45k, year two OTE of £60k and a year three OTE of £75k**
**Responsibilities**:
- Developing a deep understanding of the property industry and the specific requirements of our clients.
- Conducting market research and identifying potential business opportunities within the property sector.
- Assisting senior consultants in managing the end to end recruitment process, from initial briefings to final placements
- Collaborating with the team to contribute ideas and strategies to enhance the company’s presence in the property recruitment market
- Participating in training programs to develop your recruitment skills and knowledge.
**Requirements**:
- A strong passion for the property sector and a genuine interest in recruitment
- Previous experience working in estate agency sales/lettings desirable
- Previous experience in a B2B sales Environment desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of individuals
- A proactive and tenacious attitude, driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations
- A quick learner, with the ability to adapt to a fast paced and evolving environment
