Material Coordinator

Hexcel is currently seeking a Material Coordinator for our Duxford location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
- Liaise with operations to prioritise the work plan each week.- Ensure raw materials are kitted up and ready for the start of the next job.- Complete final issues and adjust finished quantities at the end of each job.- Ensure excess to requirement raw materials are returned to the warehouse at order completion.- Carry out stock checks and ensure stocks are kept accurate.- Print hazard and general labels.- Check all workcentre paperwork for errors and follow up and monitor as necessary.

Qualifications and experience:
- Must be capable of creating and updating spreadsheets.- Must be computer literate and have a sound knowledge of AX2012.- Must have a good understanding of production processes.- Must be capable of expressing themselves orally and in writing.- Must be able to carry out general mathematical calculations.- Have a good level of reading comprehension to understand written instructions.- Must be self motivated and well organized.- Open to change and keen on continuous improvement.
