Person Specification - Year 5 Teacher - Merton
To be considered for this Year 5 Teacher - Merton post, you must be an industrious and thoughtful individual who can demonstrate a creative and positive outlook upon education that will interest your students. The Headteacher wants to recruit a Year 5 Teacherwith the confidence and knowledge to deliver an exemplary and individual standard of practise that compliments the accomplished techniques of the existing staff within the school. With the skills to harness their solid understanding of the national curriculum,the ideal Year 5 Teacher will be well-placed to deliver in depth, easily accessible and effective lessons.

About the Year 5 Teacher - Merton Role
This Year 5 Teacher - Merton position involves leading a Year 5 class of 28 clever pupils through an importance stage of their KS2 education. From the commencement of your employment, the appointed Year 5 Teacher will participate in a leading CPD scheme, designedto advance your career and prepare you for middle leadership within the near future. Creativity in the classroom will be not just encouraged but expected and through the full support of a parallel teacher, the chosen Year 5 Teacher will have a colleague tohelp fuel their innovation.
