For this SEN Teacher position, it is important that you have experience teaching children and young people with high needs SEN, ideally complex learning needs. You must be a QTS SEN Teacher, with a dynamic, compassionate personality and the desire to breakdown barriers to education. You should be a dynamic communicator, with a strong ability to build positive relationships with the pupils you are teaching.
