London Vesta College is a leading provider of Apprenticeship and Skills Bootcamp training programs designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen fields. **Responsibilities**
- Identify and research potential employers who could benefit from participating in our training programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage employers and promote the benefits of our Apprenticeship and Skills Bootcamp programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target companies, including HR managers, training coordinators, and business owners.
- Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our training programs and how they can meet the needs of employers.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and requirements of employer partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts with employers, ensuring clear expectations and deliverables are established.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to employer partners throughout the duration of their involvement in our training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employer engagement strategies, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, workforce development needs, and changes in regulations that may impact employer engagement efforts.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or employer engagement, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

**Salary**: £23,500.00 per year
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
