**Job Description - Head of Digital & Technology
**Raven Housing Trust is a community Housing Association providing affordable homes for around 6,500 households in one of the most expensive parts of the country to live. As well as providing good quality, affordable, and sustainable homes, we provide support services for those that need them including financial advice, employment and training. As the Senior Digital and Technology Stakeholder, you will play a pivotal role in leading the next phase of Raven's digital plans and IT operations. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and be at the forefront of technological innovation in the housing sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing a forward-thinking, user-focused digital strategy that aligns with Raven's goals. This strategy will build on the successful foundations of our ‘Better Connected’ transformation, which has moved Raven to a cloud and Dynamics based organisation that is agile and can take advantage of new technology to enhance our operational performance but remain secure.
