**About the Role**

We are looking for an e-commerce assistant to further develop our online presence and require a multi-talented individual to join our team. The role encompasses a wide range of objectives and will provide you with an overview of all aspects of the e-commerce world. Some tasks may involve:

- Be responsible for front-end development, content creation with some experience in HTML & CSS. Take ownership of a sub-category and report progress on a regular basis
- Have experience or understanding in working with our e-commerce partners, namely Amazon, eBay & Zalando. Be comfortable working with Excel - import & export data between channels
- Add new products to our database and general stock management using our bespoke backend system
- Assisting in marketing efforts to help drive sales by means of PPC, SEO and social media platforms i.e. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads
- Actively monitoring our issue management system (AIMS), updating & resolving assigned tasks in a time effective manner. Take lead on identifying issues and opening AIMS as required
- Strong computation skills in Excel, Photoshop & online e-commerce systems such as Shopify or Magento is desired

**Requirements**:

**Salary**: £6.00-£12.00 per hour
