A wonderful University based in the heart of central London are looking to take on an Estates and Facilities Administrative Assistant / Coordinator to help with the smooth running of their In House Estates division. This is an on going temporary role witha salary of £36,000. You will be working for a great Operations Manager and working in a close knit and well run, impressive, friendly team, all trying to provide the very best Estates and Facilities to a thriving student community.

Within this Estates and Facilities administrative role in Central London you will be:

- Providing secretarial assistance to the Director of Estates and Directorate staff
- Operation of the Estates Helpdesk including the logging of calls and assigning the correct contractors
- Auditing of maintenance jobs on the system
- Managing the data to monitor the performance of the Estates and Facilities division
- Booking of meeting rooms
- Issuing car parking permits
- Allocation of keys
- Responsible for timely production PO numbers and invoices for the Estates team
- Updating the Estates records
- Recording of minutes from Estates teams meetings

This is a varied role, requiring the successful person to be on campus 5 days per week. The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday8-4.

For this Estates Assistant role are looking for:

- Experience of working in a busy Estates and Facilities team within a similar role
- Experience of managing a Facilities Helpdesk
- Experience of dealing with a variety of Estates issues
- Experience of raising POs
- Strong excel and admin experience is required
- Ideally you will be on short notice
- Strong communication skills and a desire to work well within a team
