We are looking for enthusiastic and determined individuals to start their journey with us here in **London**

Position and Main duties
**Galato Maker (Chef)**
- Study work orders to understand the quantity and type of ice cream to be manufactured each day.
- Liaise with Production Manager to keep ice cream mixes and other ingredients stocked at all times.
- Start ice cream manufacturing equipment and check it for optimal functioning.
- Mix ingredients in correct quantities to ensure that they conform to set recipes.
- Pour all mixed ingredients into manufacturing machines after setting the correct temperature and time.
- Ensure that the process for ice cream manufacturing is run smoothly by constantly monitoring the machinery.
- Remove ice cream from the machine by following strict removal procedures and ensure that it is placed in appropriate containers.
- Ascertain that the taste and texture of each batch are in accordance with the standards set.
- Store ice cream in blast chillers and subesequntly in freezer storage.
- Tint and decorate molded ice cream with toppings.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual. A previous experience within gelato making and kitchen is required for this position.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, SW6 6SU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Kitchen: 1 year (preferred)
- Ice-cream Production: 1 year (required)
