Sushi Chef

An experienced Sushi Chef with at least 2 years of experience is needed to join the team at this sophisticated Pan-Asian restaurant based in Bushey Heath.
They bring delicious Sushi and Pan-Asian creations to be enjoyed with friends in their contemporary dining space, or from the comfort of your home.

**About the Role**
You’ll be working in a dynamic Sushi/Pan Asian restaurant to ensure the delivery of a quality dining experience for their customers.
Your experience in sashimi, maki and nigiri-style sushi will showcase your skills together with your understanding of the contemporary presentation of Pan Asian cooking.
The schedule will be as follows:

- 5 days a week, 48 hours +
- Days of work may vary each week and due to the nature of the business
- Hours of work will include evenings weekends and bank holidays and may include split shifts

**Required Experience**:

- Must have at least 2 years’ experience
- Experience in sashimi, maki and nigiri-style sushi
- Experience with Pan-Asian cuisine
- Work authorisation: UK (preferred)
