Accounts Clerk

MJS are looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk at their head office based in March, Cambridgeshire. Accounts experience is essential for this job.

Tasks to include:
- Finalise and submit supplier runs
- Entering bank payments
- Account for daily bank activity
- Reconciliation of credit cards
- Ad hoc invoices and raising necessary payment notices under the CIS scheme
- Processing of labour only invoices
- CIS tax returns across companies
- Maintain car fleet which includes updating insurance schedules, renewing car taxes, ordering fuel cards etc.
- Fuel card vehicle mileage records
- Staff expenses across companies
- Carrying our credit checks on future & current clients
- Covering colleagues during annual leave and absences if and when required
- Recording staff holidays on database
**Salary**: From £17,000.00 per year
