**ABOUT THE JOB**
The MASH Higher Clerical Assistant roles within the Service play a key part in supporting the Multi Agency Safeguarding Team ( MASH) who are a first point of contact in safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children, young people and their families.
The role involves high volume call handling and high volume data inputting

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU**
You will be experienced in high volume call handling and data inputting. A positive and customer focused attitude is essential

The person we’re looking for needs to be able to show high levels of attention to detail; and possess very clear communication skills, It is vital that both written and verbal information processing is done accurately and timely. We use a variety of Microsoft Office packages as well as databases for client record management.
Given the time-critical nature of the work of the teams, the ability to work to a deadline is important.

The ability to multi task under pressure whilst working to agreed standards and have a flexible approach to be able to adapt to changes in priorities, being able to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative is required.

The work is all office based at County Hall and 5 days per week 8.30-5 (4.30 Friday).

Enhanced DBS essential.
