**Job Description**:
Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work within the local area.

Duties are (but are not limited to):

- Maintaining and updating customer record within CRM systems and SAGE systems
- Processing of sales enquiries
- Answering of inbound telephone enquiries supporting both sales and service divisions
- Managing any tracking numbers with customers and company team
- Recording and processing sales and enquiries
- Adhere to Health and Safety procedures
- Always adopt a professional approach with confidentiality
- Support and update KPI's and records
- Support the division and team members with other tasks when required
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent customer service
- Able to work off own iniatives as well as in a team
- Good time keeping

Hours of work are Monday - Friday from 8am - 16:30pm
Pay rate is £10.50+ per hour dependant on experience.
