Job Overview:
CCS Recruitment are looking for a Groundwork gang on a new build development. As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to construction, maintenance, and repair of outdoor spaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

**Duties**:

- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging trenches, excavating, and backfilling
- Operate machinery and equipment such as compactors, jackhammers, and power tools
- Assist with the installation of utilities, including water lines, sewer lines, and electrical conduits
- Assist with the construction of foundations, sidewalks, and other concrete structures
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area

**Skills**:

- Must have a CPCS/NPORS Dumper
- Mechanical knowledge for operating machinery and equipment
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site
