We are currently recruiting for a **full-time, permanent,** **Warehouse Operative** to join us at our team in **Dartford**, supporting our customer, **Sainsbury’s**. From receiving and storing products to picking, packing, and dispatching orders you will be involved in all aspects of our warehouse operations.

You will be working on an **‘any 5 days out of 7’ **shift pattern, covering the hours of **14:00-22:00**. If morning or night shift suit you better, head over to our careers website as we have vacancies available across all three shifts. Choose what suits you best

As a Warehouse Operative you’ll get:

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Picking and packing orders from a wide range of products, checking, wrapping, and palletising them for loading onto delivery vehicles
- Accurately unloading and loading vehicles according to established procedures and safety standards
- Deal with both goods in and goods out
- Get involved in other warehouse-related duties that may arise during your shift
- Comply with all health and safety regulations within the warehouse

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Ability to operate MHE equipment - full training provided
- Previous experience in a similar position would be advantageous
- Flexibility and a ‘can do’, right first time and passionate approach
- Willingness to work in chilled environment as of when required
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including lifting, pulling and pushing
