**About the Role**

As the Supervisor of the James Hall Housekeeping team, you'll play a crucial role in leading our team to deliver a quality cleaning service throughout our organisation. Your responsibilities will involve not only performing and overseeing deep cleaning and meticulous tasks as required but also conducting regular inspections to uphold our high cleaning standards.

**Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing**

In your role as a supervisor, you'll be responsible for creating cleaning schedules and assigning tasks to your team members. This also includes managing all aspects of our Housekeepers, handling staff schedules, and coordinating time off and sick leave. All of this will be done with a strong focus on staff safety and their adherence to relevant health and safety regulations.

As our future cleaning supervisor, your exceptional leadership skills will play a pivotal role in motivating your team and your ability to communicate with managers and other supervisors will contribute to the overall success of our operations. We’re looking for someone with
- A proven track history of cleaning in a range of environments
- Ability to solve problems and find solutions.
- High levels of organisation, ability to plan schedules, delegate tasks and monitor supplies.
- Have a good level of flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the business
