We currently have an exciting opportunity for **a Subcontractor liaison lead** to join the recruitment team at our Head Office in Knowsley, Liverpool.

This role of Subcontractor engagement lead is working with the subcontractor team supporting the pre and post contract management of subcontractors. This role requires a versatile individual with strong organisational, communication and skills.

**The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following tasks**:

- Adress and resolve any issues or concerns raised by subcontractors promptly, this may include the raising of grievances, termination of contract for services or in-life updates to personal information.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure records are accurate and compliant.
- Ensure internal records are aligned with the correct operational programmes.
- Work with external stakeholders to ensure a seamless applicant experience for newly onboarded engineers.
- Work with Training Academy colleagues to monitor progress of engineers, updating records to reflect any changes in work details following training.
- Work with the Leavers Team within Asset Management to accurately track and record attrition.

**To be successful in this role the Subcontractor engagement lead will**:

- Have strong planning, organisation, and monitoring abilities.
- Enjoy a challenge, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Have a high standard of numeracy.
- Be educated to a G.C.S.E level B+ in Mathematics & English (or equivalent).
- Be computer literate.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have a strong orientation towards quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Can prioritise work, work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage business expectations.
- A DBS check must be passed.
- A legal right to work in the UK.
- Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work.

**To be successful in this role**:

- Be educated to a G.C.S.E level B+ in Mathematics & English (or equivalent)..
- Experience with business management software.
