An amazing opportunity to join a Principal Contractor as a Quantity Surveyor. This company provide services ranging from Design & Build, Refurbishment, Fire Safety Works, M&E, and Restoration & Heritage works. They pride themselves on their high-qualityof services no matter the size of the project within both the public and private sectors.

**Information on the role**
- Work on all Commercial Management elements of projects
- Produce schedules of work packages
- Estimate and price works
- Sub-contract procurement and placing of orders
- Manage material procurement and raise purchase orders
- Compile final accounts and invoicing
- Assist in delivery of contracts
- Prepare cash flow reports and cost analysis
- Maximise efficiency of services, utilising all resources in conjunction with the Project Managers, and identity problems, taking the relevant action to resolve them

**What we’d like from you**
- **Proven Quantity Surveying Experience & relevant qualifications**:

- **Experience in a variety of sectors e.g.,**Design & Build, Refurbishment, Fire Safety Works, M&E, and Restoration & Heritage
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Products
- Self-motivated personality
- Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
- Organisation and time management skills
- Full Driving License
