Language Recruitment Services (**LRS**) is currently looking for an experienced **Bilingual Executive Assistant with French and English** for an innovative global company in their Paris offices. This role will require a high-level of confidence, strong organisational skills to manage and coordinate a variety of tasks.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong PA/EA with previous experience in a fast-paced environment looking for a varied and busy international role. You will be using Both English and French language skills on a daily basis and be part of a friendly,growing and team of this global organisation.

**Duties of the Bilingual French Executive Assistant**:

- Supporting 4 Senior Director and the international team
- Responsible for Coordinating complex international calendars
- Manage and process expense requests and payments
- Organise meetings, including large monthly corporate events and catering if required
- International Travel booking for 4 members of senior management.
- Ensuring all documents and travel itineraries are correct and updated
- Project administration support as required
- Internal comms and translation where necessary
- Ad hoc tasks

**Requirements of the Bilingual French Executive Assistant**:

- Bilingual French and English language skills both Written and Spoken
- Right to live and work in France
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid experience in a similar role
- Initiative, discretion and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail

**_Notre client, une société internationale base dans le Nord-Ouest de Paris recherche dans le cadre d'une embauche en CDI : Un(e) assistant(e) de direction bilingue (Anglophone] H/F _**

**_Rattaché(e) aux équipes de la Direction basées à Paris et à l’étranger vos missions seront les suivantes : _**

**_Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en qualité d'assistant(e) au sein de directions de sociétés internationales. Votre anglais est totalement bilingue et vous permet de vous exprimer parfaitement à l'oral comme à l'écrit. De plus, vousmaîtrisez parfaitement le pack Office. Vous êtes doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, et d'une bonne capacité d'adaptation dans un environnement exigeant où la discrétion et la flexibilité priment. Votre proactivité, votre sens de l'organisation et votre espritd'équipe seront les clés de votre réussite à ce poste._**
