You will be a part of the lively, energetic, and high focused team who love a

challenge and delivers world-class customer service in one of most London’s best

indoor food halls.

We are on the search for a supervisor to help co-manage our kiosk in the Selfridges

with the team

As a supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a food kiosk,

ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining high standards of customer

satisfaction. Your role involves supervising staff, managing inventory,

handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with all relevant

regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervision: Provide leadership and guidance to kiosk staff, including

training, scheduling, and performance management. Delegate tasks

effectively to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service.

2. Customer Service: Ensure that customers are greeted warmly and served

promptly. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complainants in a

professional and courteous manner. Strive to exceed customer expectations

and maintain a positive reputation for the kiosk.

3. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels for supplies as needed.

Ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand while minimising

waste and spoilage.

4. Food preparation: Oversee food preparation activities to ensure that all

items are prepared according to established recipes and quality standards.

Monitor food safety practices to prevent contamination and ensure

compliance with health and safety regulations.

5. Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on kiosk performance, including sales

figures, inventory levels, and customer feedback. Analyse data to identify

trends and opportunities for improvement.

6. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development

opportunities for kiosk staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Stay

updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure that staff are

equipped to deliver exceptional service.

ABOUT YOU
- You will show willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with

excellent communication skill.
- Have a proactive approach to driving sales, delivering growth and brand

consistency, through engagement with colleagues.
- Passion for food, a passion for Caribbean cuisine is desirable
- At least 2 years’ experience in a professional Kitchen & supervisory role
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high

standard of food quality and presentation
- Lead by example and have a hands-on management style
- Have good understating of Health & Safety / Food Hygiene regulations
- Great people attitude, at the end of the day it’s the customers who keep the

business running
