We're seeking a dynamic Interim Group Head of FP/A on a **6 Month FTC **to join us in shaping the future of fashion as we continue our relentless pursuit of innovation and success.
**Your Role**
You will be responsible for FP&A / commercial finance across the Boohoo Group. A key member of the Group Finance function. You will be responsible for leading Group financial planning and cash management processes leading a team of 4 to help you in your mission
**What you will be doing**
We want you to come on board and oversee all forecasting processes for the Group, including weekly outturn updates, stock/operational resourcing plans, short term cash-flow forecasts and quarterly Group P&L / cash-flow / balance sheet forecasts, aligned to AIM reporting.
You will be managing the delivery of brand budgets with local finance teams in line with Group financial planning timetable. Establishing KPI targets that support the commercial and operational teams in delivering financial performance.
Working with the CFO and Group Finance Director to manage the Group’s banking relationships. Support in managing bank compliance, interest rate and foreign currency exposures.
You will also provide oversight of costs across the Group, ensuring costs remain controlled without restricting investments which support growth. This will involve working across the range of functions including Product, Supply Chain, Tech and HR.
Look for opportunities to use technology to improve financial planning techniques, including system investments and the use of AI where appropriate.
