**The Role - Commercial Window Cleaner**

AM Services Group is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Window Cleaning Operative to join our Specialist Cleaning Team in Morley Leeds

This is a Full-time Permanent role working Monday to Friday nominally from 8am - 4pm. The role is remote and will be covering the window cleaning in Humberside, North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire Police Stations. You will be provided with a mobile phone and the use the company van

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**

To be successful in this role, you will need to be flexible and adaptable to fit the role, schedule and workload
- To travel to various building locations within your region to deliver high / low-level window cleaning services using a reach and wash system and traditional window cleaning tools
- Ensure windows are cleaned to a high standard
- Arranging window cleaning schedule for completion within timely manner
- To ensure appropriate PPE/Uniform are always used during working hours
- Follow Health and Safety procedures at all time
- Pressure washing Deep cleaning of commercial buildings
- Ensuring that all visited locations are left in a clean and tidy state.
- Maintenance of records relating to tasks performed, timesheets, materials, vehicles and
equipment.
- Reporting any damage or vandalism to Pinnacle Group premises or property to the Grounds
Team Leader.
- Maintenance of vehicles and machinery and reporting vehicles defects.

**Skills Required**:

- Hold a UK Drivers licence
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work as an individual and be able to demonstrate initiative
- Window cleaning experience preferred
- Good knowledge of the use of window cleaning kit and van
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures
- Excellent customer liaison skills together with a commitment to customer service.
- Enthusiasm, drive, ambition and commitment

**As this role will involve working in the Police Station you will be required to be put through the Non-Police Personnel Vetting Process (NPPV) which icovers checks on both criminal record and finance issues**
