Job Title: Security Guard (Gatehouse)

RNC Security Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced security professional to join our established team at a major business park in Leyland, Lancashire. This is a permanent position offering stability and a dynamic work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Access Control**: Manage and monitor access to the business park.
- **CCTV Monitoring**: Oversee and operate surveillance systems.
- **Patrols**: Conduct regular security patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- **Administrative Duties**: Complete necessary administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

**Shift Details**:

- **Roster**: 4 on 4 off schedule, consisting of 2 days and 2 nights.
- **Shift Length**: Each shift is 12 hours.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of security guard experience, preferably in gatehouse security.
- **Licensing**: Valid SIA licence (Security Guard or Door Supervisor).
- **Verification**: Ability to provide 5 years of employment verification.
- **Reliability**: Must demonstrate excellent time management skills and dependability.
- **Independence**: Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with visitors and staff.
- **Communication**: Proficiency in speaking and writing in English.
- **Transport**: Must have own transport due to limited public transport options.
