RBH has a fantastic opportunity for 2 highly organised, customer-focussed individuals to join the Money Advice team, providing an excellent level of customer service to all colleagues and visitors.

As our Money Advisor your key duties will be to provide debt, welfare benefits and money advice to RBH tenants to ensure their financial wellbeing, support customers and sustain tenancies.

You will be highly organised and proactive, developing and delivering debt advice and welfare benefit projects that improve Value for Money and meet the varied requirements of our tenants.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills which will allow you to develop and maintain effective relationships with partner agencies and other RBH teams.

The role is full time (36 ¼ hours per week fixed term for 12 months) in accordance with smart working and service requirements. Work may be home, office and field-based - flexibility is required.
