**About you**:
You will be joining an equally passionate, fun and talented team dedicated to curating original guest experiences in an authentic, attentive, and courteous manner. Meraki describes something done with soul, creativity and love, values that we are seeking in a new team member to take our guests on an immersive journey to the Greek islands through exceptional food, wines, and exceptional hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Junior Bartender you will be responsible for:

- Providing a warm welcome by greetings our guests, host them and provide drinks recommendation from our cocktails’ menu.
- Informing customers about specials and new drinks available on the menu.
- Taking orders, prepare and serving drinks for the bar and the restaurant at a fast pace.
- Provide an attentive and personalized level of service ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
- Ensuring that the bar is properly maintained, clean and organised.

**Requirements**:
We are searching for a highly motivated individual with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. You will be an excellent and confident communication with exceptional people skills and the ability to work efficiently in teams in a busy environment.

Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:

- Strong organisational skills.
- Impeccable appearance and personal grooming.
- Confident, professional, and welcoming personality.
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm to learn.
