- Confidence in managing challenging behaviours and using de-escalation techniques effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
- Commitment to providing consistent support and flexibility in scheduling.
- Valid driver's licence and business insurance preferred.
- PVG clearance or willingness to undergo background checks.
- Registered with relevant regulatory body and willingness to undertake PMVA training.:
