Head Fencer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fencer to join our team. As a Fencer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing fences for residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in various construction and carpentry techniques.

**Duties**:

- Measure and mark fence lines according to specifications
- Dig post holes using power tools or manual labor
- Install fence posts, rails, and panels
- Secure fences with nails, screws, or other fasteners
- Repair or replace damaged or worn-out fence components
- Fabricate custom fence sections as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use protective equipment when necessary

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Fencer or similar role
- Proficiency in masonry, roofing, electrical, and plumbing work
- Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in fencing projects
- Excellent carpentry skills for measuring, cutting, and shaping materials
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

Pay: £13.27-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
