The Research Executive is a new role at tombola with the chance to work on research initiatives, acting as a key enabler for the business to be truly insight led. You will marry customer, market and business insights to grow our customer base and establish tombola as the World’s biggest Bingo brand.

You'll tackle both strategic and tactical questions to drive tombola to enhance its proposition for key target customer groups. There will be huge variety in the types of projects you will work on, so you’ll need to be equally comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative research methods, and ideally some experience or knowledge of brand, product and commercial proposition development. This will include multiple regions in which tombola operate such as the UK, Italy, Spain and Netherlands.

Things you'll need to be successful:

- Highly numerical / analytical graduate - Undergraduate qualified (or higher)
- Experience working with cross functional teams with ability to thrive in a large organisation
- Experience of statistical packages - particularly, Q
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of online gambling industry favourable but isn't essential.
