The Ophthalmology department at Lincoln Hospital is a busy and patient focused area. The Retinal administrator team provides a comprehensive service to the consultants and their teams and is essential in the provision of a high quality patient experience. The post-holders will support the administration and secretarial teams. Experience working in a customer care or office environment is advantageous. Also experience in communicating with patients/customers.

The successful applicants will be an enthusiastic team player and will be required to have GCSE English and Maths grade C or equivalent. A flexible approach to work is required and an ability to get on with others in a team based environment.
