**Your purpose**:
You will join a team that offers innovative digital services and solutions across challenging projects not only in the nuclear industry but also the wider energy sectors. This role requires you to demonstrate experience and knowledge in Geomatics, GIS, Information management and Innovation across some of the largest projects in the UK. You will work closely with Information Managers and Digital Leads, to provide Geospatial support to multi-disciplinary projects across the full project lifecycle.

You will, with support from teams across AtkinsRéalis, develop a site-wide geospatial data management service incorporating data capture, data processing, data management and data sharing making sure teams working on the project either on site or across the globe have access to up-to-date spatial information using cloud hosted platforms, VR, AR, and immersive visualisations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead site wide spatial data management service.
- Guiding, advising, and enabling the project and supply chain to collaborate to drive efficiencies and improve project sustainability.
- Identify opportunities to improve the service.
- Creating a culture of innovation within the organisation by encouraging employees to think outside the box and embrace new technologies.
- Leading collaboration and integration across discipline and business boundaries to get the right teams working together for technology enabled delivery.
- Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders across the SZC project and supply chain.
- Where appropriate leading the centre of excellence for specific digital capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Geomatics data capture and processing.
- Experience in GIS.
- Knowledge and understanding of a range of spatial data types.
- Awareness of new digital design techniques and technologies.
- Knowledge of BIM (ISO19650) and the UK BIM Framework.
- An appreciation of the juxtaposition of data security and data access.
- Strong and effective written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
