**We will give you**:
**Salary**:£21,674 - £24,874 per annum (Dependent on Qualifications)

**Full Time role**:40 hours per week

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Level 2/3 childcare qualification or relevant experience and willingness to train
- Experience in providing high-quality childcare for children aged 4 months - 5 years.
- An understanding of the developmental needs of children
- Able to connect with children, co-workers and parents alike; provide stimulating indoor and outdoor activities; complete daily observations on the children in your care; and plan their next developmental steps in line with EYFS.
- Just like us. Passionate about helping children grow to the best of their abilityand having a whale of a time doing so
- Basic knowledge of health and safety
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding good practice
- Paediatric First Aid qualification or willingness to train

We are looking for an extra special EYP to join our friendly, busy team at our YMCA Nursery in Stoneham Park, Eastleigh. Rated Outstanding by OFSTED, the nursery is purpose-built and has extensive gardens and bright, airy age-based rooms. Active play is fully embraced, and new adventures occur every day. The nursery offers a unique environment for children to explore, grow and bloom through providing exciting, child-led, play-based activities and utilising the outdoors wherever possible.
