**Company Overview**:
Site Pro Services deliver a range of external and internal property maintenance and repair works.

Following a recent contract win, the company is looking to employ a dedicated Caretaker / Handy Man / Woman at a flagship property in the heart of Welwyn Garden City.

**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Daily cleaning to communal areas including litter picking, mopping of floors & vacuuming.
- Occasional redecoration of common areas (internal painting)
- Conducting regular building inspections and preparing weekly site inspection reports.
- Void unit checks and end of tenancy refurbishment works
- Liaising with 3 party contractors to oversee the delivery of outsourced works

**Skills / Requirements**:

- Previous experience of Caretaking works including cleaning and minor maintenance
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable, approachable and friendly manner
- Excellent timekeeping and reliable
- CANDIDATES WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRODUCE / UNDERTAKE A DBS CHECK BEFORE EMPLOYMENT COMMENCES

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime

**Experience**:

- Caretaker: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- DBS certificate (preferred)
