DSU is recruiting for a full time Outlets Supervisor to assist in the overall supervision of our Outlets, taking a lead where required and making relevant day to day operational decisions.

The post-holder will ensure a high-quality venue service to our members and other customers, striving to deliver excellent service, monitoring venue performance and taking necessary action where required to improve performance.

You will have the ability to motivate and train members of the team, and manage their performance as required. Weekend and unsociable hours are a requirement of this role therefore a flexible approach to working hours, depending on organisational need, is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,150.00 per year
