**Supply Chain Manager**

My client; an established Consultancy firm providing a wide range of support services including technology; are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to work remotely in the UK.

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for optimising the supply chain infrastructure for a growing FMCG group of brands in line with company objectives; in addition to the following:
**Responsibilities**
- Develop the future EMEA and North America supply chain to meet the 3-year business plan development targets for consumer goods categories.
- Ongoing geographic expansion across the USA and Europe
- New routes to market, including e-commerce marketplaces/B2C and national distributors.
- Deliver on-time and on-cost 3PL performance against budget for consumer goods categories in EMEA and North America by managing relationship and cost compliance with Freight forwarders and hauliers, 3PL warehousing partners and B2B customers
- Deliver on-time and on-stock-turns supply chain performance against budget for consumer goods categories in EMEA and North America.
- Ensure that the company’s logistic activities are compliant with customs within EMEA and North America
- Identify and develop resources to meet future business needs.
- Manage a small team that may be remotely based.
- Defining a supply chain and logistic strategy.
- Working with 3PL partners to establish global supply networks in EMEA and North America.
- Specifying and implementing IT solutions to interface with 3PL partners.
- Implementing physical processes and management controls to deliver world class performance through 3PL partners.
- Managing projects with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
- Must be flexible in respect of the demands of the job, with the ability to both transact and manage resources as the role develops
- you will need to be hands-on.
- Familiarity with our client’s industry is preferred.
- Comfortable with dealing with multiple tasks and demand on time, and able to prioritise accordingly.
- Competent using the Microsoft suite and ERP.
- Comfortable with diving deep into data.
