Tribe are offering full training for you to become a Recruitment Consultant on a well established desk dealing with temporary positions. You will be working as a team with an experienced Resourcer who will support you to achieve your shared goals

Duties & Responsibilities;
Account Management of existing contracts through
- Weekly checking in of existing workforce
- Booking shifts
- Timesheet approval
- Regular contact sessions with workers and clients to address any positive / negative feedback

Develop existing clients to maximise revenue streams generated from them, through regular contact via telephone / meetings and corporate hospitality where required

On call cover outside of office hours on a rota basis (mobile phone is provided & allowance paid)

Hours of work: 08.30-17.00 Monday to Friday, 1 hour lunch

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
