Commercial Cleaner

**Hunterskill Associates Ltd **is looking for a **Full-time **Cleaner **to join our team in Eye**

**This position is**:

- Monday - Friday 3-4hrs a day (Flexible)
- Paid time off and holidays

Job Requirements:

- Prior experience cleaning commercial buildings preferred but not required. This position does not require previous experience.
- Ability to pass a background check. (background check will be conducted at time of hire)
- Possess a valid driver’s license. (if needed)

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform cleaning duties including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down surfaces.
- Remove trash from and dispose of trash in appropriate locations in facilities. (trash can removal required)
- Clean common areas such as restrooms, stairwells, lobby areas, and more. (removal of trash required)
- as generally tidiness of the site/yard, litter picking and keeping on top of the weeds (manually or spraying weed killer)

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Eye: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
