Mint Northwest Ltd has over 25 years experience as a general building services company carrying out all manner of work from joinery, plumbing and electrical work, specialising in carrying out adaptation projects through to commercial refurbishment.

We have currently secured contracts working with one of the largest care home company in the country and as we grow larger we are looking to expand.

A current valid driving licence (maximum 6 points) would be an advantage as you may on occasions be required to drive a company vehicle.

You must take pride in your work, have a flexible approach, be able to deal with customers courteous way, be punctual and reliable.

Must have own tools, own van.

A current valid CSCS Card would be an advantage but not essential

A DBS check will be required for this position.

39 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Locations for projects:

- North West Area

- Immediate start

**Sub Contractors will be considered for this position**

**Salary**: £21,294.00-£30,420.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Wigan, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- painting: 5 years (required)
