Our various practice areas include: Market Access and Outcomes Strategy, Patient-Centered Outcomes Assessment, Health Economics, Pharmacoepidemiology, Biostatistics, Surveys and Observational Studies, and Health Preference Assessment.

We are currently seeking an Associate Director to join our Market Access and Outcomes Strategy team. Ideally, you will be based in Manchester, United Kingdom.

**Responsibilities**:
As an Associate Director, your work is structured on a project basis and will involve working on and leading several different projects in different therapy areas at any one time. You will be responsible for contributing to a variety of deliverables, including literature reviews, global value dossiers, health technology assessment (HTA) submission dossiers, and other value communications. You will be also serve as the senior lead on designated projects where you will be the primary client contact while guiding and mentoring the project team to produce high-quality deliverables. Additionally, you will lead proposal development efforts and build client relationships by providing appropriate recommendations and guidance on project conduct.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills. You will have a strong attention to detail and should be able to work effectively as part of a team to support project work for European and US-based clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Life Sciences, Medical, or related degree
- 8 years of experience working in a market access or health economics consultancy environment. Related industries will be considered
- Demonstrated experience contributing to and leading the development of literature reviews, global value dossiers, and/or HTA submissions
- Demonstrated ability to communicate key elements of market access deliverables including, disease background and epidemiology and clinical and economic data to support value
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues to communicate indirect treatment comparisons, cost -effectiveness and budget impact analyses
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues in a range of functions, including health economics, biostatistics and patient-centered outcomes assessment
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple projects concurrently

**Preferred**:

- MSc or PhD
- Working knowledge of reference management software (such as EndNote)
