**The Job You’ll Do;**
- To support Site & Business strategies through the development & involvement of team & individuals.
- In this role, you will be responsible for Fault finding and corrective actions, investigating & root cause analysis, PPM’s, proactive maintenance, and repair.
- When machine faults occur, you must be able to identify the root causes, deploy corrective action and ensure that preventative and continuous improvement measures are implemented.
- You will be involved in Identifying and implementing improvement projects to existing equipment within the manufacturing facility.
- You will participate in the identification, production and implementation of essential documentation needed to ensure consistency of process, products and parts. CMMS system control.
- You must have the ability to deal with all eventualities within The Production and Facilities department.
- There will be at times the requirement to work within the dept. structure weekends / overtime / shifts etc. to support the business needs
- Actively support the development of a site-wide facilities schedule
- Support factory audits and visits. - Implement effective corrective actions for non-conformances.
- Support stores and stock control
- Liaising with the Operations team
- Assisting production managers/team leaders with fault finding
- Any other reasonable duties as required by the Engineering & Facilities Manager.

**About You;**
- A time-served engineer or qualified within an engineering discipline.
- Experience in a Multi skilled maintenance technician role.
- Flexible to work across day/double day shift patterns to cover for sickness/holidays.
- Relevant qualifications in electrical/mechanical engineering.
- Relevant experience within a maintenance/similar role previously.
