We are a small Ventilation team who work all over the UK on Big & Small commercial projects. So some working away might be needed from time to time

We all work together really hard to make sure our clients are completely satified with our work.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Mate/Laborer to join our team. As a Mate/Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites or in other labor-intensive environments.

**Duties**:

- Perform physical labor on construction sites, Carry materials
- Assist Skilled Ventilation Engineers
- Keep Working Area Clean & Tidy At The End Of Each Day
- Operate Power tools
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in construction or a similar field is preferred but not required as training on site will be done
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and reliability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Freelance

Pay: £9.00-£14.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
