**The Role**

In this role as the Social Media Content Executive, you will hold a critical position in enhancing our online visibility and engagement across different social media platforms and focusing on multiple brands. Your responsibilities will encompass creating, curating, and overseeing content that connects with our target audience, boosts brand recognition, and drives customer engagement.

Your day will be dedicated to unleashing your creativity, crafting enjoyable and innovative social media content.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Content Creation: Create compelling and top-tier content for various social media platforms, encompassing copy, visuals, videos, and graphics, among other elements.
- Social Media Management: Sustain and manage our social media profiles, encompassing posting regular updates, active interaction with comments and diligent tracking of engagement metrics.
- Influencer reach out: Develop relationships to create innovative content.
- Content Scheduling: Establish and uphold a content schedule calendar to guarantee regular and punctual posting on all platforms.
- Audience Engagement: Proactively interact with our online community, address enquiries, and cultivate positive relationships with our followers and customers.
- Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms to integrate pertinent strategies into our content.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse social media performance metrics, offering insights and suggestions for enhancement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Team to harmonize social media initiatives with overarching marketing strategies and campaigns.

**Qualifications**
- A passion for social media and content creation.
- Superbly written and verbal communication abilities.
- Graphic design skills and proficiency in using design tools (e.g. Canva).
- Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.).
- Capable of working autonomously and cooperatively as part of a team.
- Robust organizational and time management skills.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
- 2+ years’ experience in social media and content creation

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £22-27k per year based on experience.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Langtoft, Lincolnshire: You will need to be able to commute to the office. Hybrid working 1-2 days per week will be considered after probationary period is complete.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
