Bricklayer - Smart Air Bricks

**Job Title**: Bricklayer

**Location**: Across Lancashire & Yorkshire

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Install **smart air bricks**, telescopic vents, new plastic air bricks, and replace existing air bricks with new ones in accordance with building codes and industry standards.
- Read and interpret building plans and specifications.
- Lay bricks using a variety of techniques.
- Cut and shape bricks as needed.
- Clean and finish brickwork.
- Work safely and efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience as a bricklayer.
- Qualified bricklayer
- Strong understanding of bricklaying techniques and materials.
- Knowledge of DPCs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

**Additional Information**:
This is a full-time position. Overtime/Weekend work available. Bonus scheme/Price work in place depending on number of jobs carried out. Company Van and Fuel Card Provided

**Sample Duties**:

- Install smart air bricks to subfloor of domestic building.
- Install telescopic vents to subfloor of domestic building.
- Install new plastic air bricks to subfloor of domestic building.
- Replace existing air bricks to subfloor of domestic building.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
