AOG-247 is excited to recruit a Finance Administrator to form a key part of the team based at our head office in West London.

The Finance Administrator will lead on the day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration activities of the company, provide support to the senior team to ensure accurate, efficient and timely delivery of the financial transactions and maintain accurate information within the company’s reporting system.

Working using a sophisticated CRM system and Xero, your responsibilities will include:

- Sales ledger from initial invoices through to credit control.
- Purchase ledger ensuring that supplier invoices and payments are accurate and in line with credit terms.
- Processing customer renewals and resolving any queries.
- Setup, manage and monitor all payments.
- Bank reconciliations on a weekly basis.
- Bank deposits as required.
- Manage and monitor staff expenses.
- Monthly reporting for the Senior Management Team.
- Credit card reconciliations.
- Assist external partners including Accountants with VAT returns and support with annual statutory reporting.
- Other support as required by the Senior Management Team.
