**Renewals Specialist Vacancy**

**Based at our Renewals Contact Centre in Rainham in Kent.**

We are currently looking for a Renewals Specialist to join our busy team based at our Contact Centre in Rainham, Kent.

**The Role**

Due to the success of our Customer Retention team and the expansion of the JCB Group we are looking to recruit an additional member of the team.

The role is to contact customers whose service and MOTs are due in addition to contacting both finance and motability customers to arrange for account reviews.

The JCB Group prides itself on its excellent customer service and therefore, the team is essential in offering customers various touch points across their customer ownership within the JCB Group.

Your role is key to giving a great impression and professional customer experience.

**About You**

To be considered for this role, you must have a passion for delivering great customer service, be friendly and approachable and have a positive and willing attitude. A polite and courteous, yet friendly telephone manner is essential, plus a willingness to learn about the brands and promotions we offer. Although based in Rainham, this is a group role, and you will be dealing with customers of all our branches and brands throughout Kent and Sussex.
