To support the Phlebotomy Coordinator in providing a high-quality Phlebotomy service that offers the best possible standards of patient care to Phlebotomy patients.

To undertake venepuncture, assist with the training of staff in Phlebotomy skills, supervising staff and coordinating activity in the clinical areas at designated clinics.

To monitor and support staff performance at satellite clinics, reporting performance and operational issues to the Phlebotomy Coordinator and Adult Outpatients Senior Sister.
