Café Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the café, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings are consistently provided to customers.
- End of day procedures: Cashing up tills, securing the building, locking and alarming.
- Train and supervise café staff.
- Create work schedules and delegate tasks to staff members.
- Maintain a clean and organized café environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for menu updates or changes.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience as a barista, supervisory experience in hospitality.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address any issues that may arise.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
