**Required Experience**:N/A but office experience is desirable

**Required Qualifications**:Minimum Grade C / 4 GCSE in English & Maths

**Skills**:

- Good communication skills, both verbal & written
- Attention to detail
- Strong numerical skills
- Competent in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent time management, ability to manage workload and complete tasks to a set time frame

**Duties**:

- Assist with the monthly bordereaux payments for suppliers, in line with the guidance laid down by the department and the business
- Assist with the processing of the bulk claims payments list, three times a week
- Raise same day & foreign claims payments as and when required
- Manage the general claims payment requests on a daily basis
- Assist with producing and compiling reports for the management team
- Ensure all claims areas are controlled each month end
- Work closely with the Claims Payment & Bordereaux Adjuster as well as the finance team
- Other office administration duties as and when required
- Provide assistance to both the claims & finance team
