Outpatient Transformation Programme Lead

The Outpatient Transformation Programme Lead will report to the Associate Director of Transformation and Delivery but be accountable to the SRO for the programme of work.
The post holder will be responsible for the overall leadership, planning, direction, coordination, implementation, control and delivery of the Patient Access Programme.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that all Work Streams within the programme deliver quality, defined outcomes to agreed time and budget. This will include programme monitoring and scrutiny, establishing robust programme management processes, leading key forums, facilitating the resolution of strategic risks, issues and interdependencies and providing flexible targeted delivery support to clinical and management staff to support them in delivering their aims.
The post holder will provide expert leadership, advice and guidance in respect of 18 week processes and outpatient pathway management to members of the programme, divisional and corporate teams.
They will be required to manage the project within a matrix management framework and work with multiple senior internal and external stakeholders.
